1. According to marketing orders, new product/project inquiry to source and
audit eligible suppliers(include plastic injection,stamping,CNC laser
cut/stamping, north face jackets
die casting, aluminum extrusion, fasteners etc. all
mechanical range product and parts.), after preliminarily released drawing
engineering review thereafter require suppliers to give their estimated
quote, analyze and evaluate potential risk,margin and development
feasibility,all things done then require purchase dept. to release the
formal orders for tools and product.
2. During cheap north face jacketstooling making, in time and tightly follow all schedule,
technical information and solve the relative engineering issues(such as
drawing requirement, techanical requirement or corresponding international
standard spec. etc.), integrally manage and follow suppliers quality,
schedule and lead time something else.
3. During FA inspection, send the FAI report and samples to Canada
headquarters or Customer for eligible parts, release documentation to
supplier immediately for improvement for ineligible parts.
4. After FA passing thereafter follow production pilot, for some parts,
cooperate with northface jacketsQA for supplier parts on site inspection, ensure can
find/solving/avoid more issues happened during further mass production.
5. Follow and assist posterior assembly, packaging and shipment, ensure to
meet customer’s delivery schedule, quality requirement and lead time.
